Ordering from Tosshin Japan is simple — follow these steps:

  1. Create an Account: Register on our main site to place orders.
  2. Search for Parts: Use our online catalog or part search. If you don’t have OEM numbers, send us an inquiry.
  3. Create an Order: Add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
  4. Stock Verification: We confirm stock availability with dealers (1–6 working days). Status changes from “Stock verification” to “In Stock” when ready.
  5. Pay for Order: Choose PayPal, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer. (Delivery fee is calculated separately.)
  6. Pay for Shipping & Receive Delivery: After shipping payment, we dispatch via EMS, FedEx, DHL, or sea freight.

IN STOCK: Available at manufacturer’s warehouse. Dispatch in 3–10 days.

BACKORDER (B/O): Part is not in stock, but can be produced. Lead time 10–90 days — you can choose to wait or cancel.

PRODUCTION DISCONTINUED: Part no longer produced — supply not possible if out of stock.

PRICE CHANGE: Rare cases of updated manufacturer price — you can accept or cancel.
